Intern Insurance Customer Journey (Mandatory Internship)

Tasks

We are looking for a solution-oriented Customer Journey Intern for our Insurance Customer Journey Team. The team aims to revolutionize automotive insurance experiences by ensuring seamless interactions and customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

The goal is to integrate insurance solutions into the purchasing processes of Mercedes-Benz customers for cars and vans, design convenient service and claims processes, and deliver an outstanding customer experience through efficient processes and digital marketing tools.

• Support the Insurance Customer Journey Team with online and offline customer journey tasks and processes for overseas and Europe, from awareness through customer retention, including sales, claims management, and customer service.
• Assist with daily tasks such as stakeholder management and customer journey coordination.
• Support the integration of insurance solutions into Mercedes-Benz AG customer journeys and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Prepare and visualize complex issues, presentations, and decision templates.
• Support ongoing international customer journey projects.
• Work independently on special topics.

Qualifications

• Studies in business administration, marketing, insurance, or a comparable field.
• Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
• Interest in digital projects and new business models.
• Customer-oriented thinking and a hands-on mentality.
• Willingness to perform, initiative, and structured, conscientious, and team-oriented work.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Confluence, JIRA, and Mural is an advantage.
• Knowledge of customer journey management is a plus.

The internship must be mandatory at this location and can begin from October 2026.
